Construction Site Pit Lanes provide a fast, flexible and safety-compliant way to manage site access and vehicle movement. Delivered by HERMEQ and designed by Chevron, these modular systems are tailored to project scope, whether you're working in urban areas, highway works or restricted-access zones.

Unlike traditional builds that require numerous separate suppliers, these pre-configured solutions integrate every required component into one offering. Whether you need barrier extension panels, pedestrian gates, lighting columns or hoarding, the pit lane can be adapted to suit.

The core of the system is the SVEA Barrier – a concrete unit tested to EN 1317-2 standards and capable of protecting against vehicle impact at speeds up to 40mph. It installs without anchoring, requiring only 1.2T per barrier section versus the 2.5T weight of typical systems.

• Anti-climb hoarding – Available up to 5 metres to meet high-security site specifications.
