A multi-certified manhole cover that is designed to cover the entrance to drainage systems. This manhole cover is designed with a stiff cover structure which reduces and prevents movement caused by cover flexing. The manhole cover can be used on roads carriageways, parking areas and roads with high levels of traffic. Certified to exceed BS EN 124 the cover is kitemarked by BSI and complies with DMRB, CD 534 and Series 500.

Manhole covers are used to cover the entrance to drainage systems in areas with fast or heavy traffic. Typically, these covers are heavy-duty to withstand the impact that cars and other vehicles press onto them. This manhole cover is a BS EN 124 certified cover that ensures longevity due to its durable frame which has enlarged frame corners that help to minimise loads, reducing pressure.
The cover also has anti-blockage keyway inserts that come pre-installed into the cover. This prevents debris from blocking the opening and allows a lifting key to be inserted. When keyways are filled with debris, it can lead to the incorrect lifting of the manhole cover, creating a health and safety risk. Fixing this can take time and can be potentially dangerous to operatives.
